Recently I purchased something at the grocery store and, when I went to open it, I cursed myself for forgetting NEVER to buy that particular brand. Suffice it to say, they glue it so tight that it takes surgical skill to get it apart and I end up ripping the bag and having to tape it together.
I decided to get on their website and complain to customer service – partly to vent, and partly to let them know that I think they have a serious issue with their packaging.
The next day I got an email acknowledging my complaint. And, today, I got $14 worth of coupons that I will definitely be able to use. Luckily, the company has many products under its umbrella because I will NEVER buy the original product that caused me so much grief again!
